Hello and thank you very much for visiting or buying from the DJ Chud Merchandise Shop. This is how it all works and is very important to read if you want to buy anything here. It is very important you read this as thoroughly as possible, and if you have any questions you believe this policy doesn't have the answer for, feel more than free to contact me .

I will be selling any item on here (for now at least) through PayPal. I hope to have a real cart system with possibly a different payment processor for this site eventually but this is how you will pay for the products for now. There are no other methods of pay at this time.

I typically ship these products out within a day or two of your order, possibly same day. Depending on my own volume of my orders, it could take up to a week. You will 100% be contacted through the information you give me among purchase and provided a tracking number after your product has been shipped. I guess I should use this as an opportunity to also say to

If you have purchased an item and not received your order after 2-4 weeks, please contact me on
Instagram (@djchud2), Twitter (@DJCHUD), or send an email to (210fetus@gmail.com) and I will work with you extensively until it is resolved. I have had multitudes of packages lost in transit over the years that I never got... won't let that happen to my fans ever.

I am willing to accept returns if your order is significantly damaged or is the incorrect item you purchased. I will send you a replacement free of charge if your order is damaged and you won't have to return the damaged item. In the event that you ordered the wrong item (whether it be the wrong CD, wrong size or graphic for shirts, etc.), I can send you a replacement, though you will have to send the original item(s) back and pay for shipping for said replacement. This is why I must reiterate to

when checking out. I will not be able to refund lost or stolen items, however, orders that get returned to me due to insufficient addresses can be resent; you will just have to pay for any additional shipping. I will only issue a refund if your order is significantly damaged or is the incorrect item that you paid for. I'd much rather send you a replacement, free of charge, but if you would like a refund regardless, email 210fetus@gmail.com or contact me from my aforementioned socials.
